This website
These pages are static. There are no accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics scripts, no advertising tags, and no third-party embeds. Nothing here asks you to submit a form.
The web server keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, response code, referrer, and user agent — for a short period so that faults and abuse can be diagnosed. Those logs are not used to build profiles and are not shared for marketing.
Email you send us
If you write to one of the addresses on the contact page, we hold that correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of it afterwards. We do not add correspondents to mailing lists.
Self-hosted deployments
When you run the open edition, you are the operator. Your instance holds grants, draws, and attestation records on your own infrastructure. We have no visibility into it and receive no telemetry from it.
Operated tier
For hosted deployments we process the records the fabric needs to work: grant terms, draw history, and attestation observations, which include host identifiers and the account a draw was made for. We do not collect document contents, keystrokes, or screen captures. Specific retention periods and responsibilities are set out in the customer agreement, which governs over this page.
Telling people they are measured
Attestation exists to reconcile licence consumption, not to score individuals. Collector scope is declared in configuration, and we expect operators to make that scope visible to the people it covers. If you are an employee wondering what your organisation's deployment records, ask your own IT or privacy team — they hold the data, not us.
