Express agreement terms as versioned rulebooks — territory limits, named-user caps, concurrency ceilings, upgrade paths. The fabric enforces them at request time instead of after the audit letter.
Renewal governance
Rolling forecasts of what expires, what is under-consumed, and what needs a true-up. Owners get a nudge with the numbers attached, well ahead of the date.
Two ways to run it
- Open edition
- The full fabric — schema, rulebook engine, collectors, and dashboards — published under a permissive licence. Deploy it on a single box or across regions; nothing phones home. Community rulebook bundles cover the vendors most estates already carry.
- Operated tier
- We host the fabric, keep the rulebook bundles current as vendor terms shift, and hold the pager. You keep an export of every record at all times, in the same format the open edition uses.
- Fits either way
- Directory sync, asset inventories, ticketing, and finance systems connect over the same documented interfaces. Start with one vendor and one team, widen when the numbers hold up.
