Rulebook bundles

Community-maintained term templates for widely held vendor agreements — named-user caps, concurrency ceilings, territory limits — as a starting point you adapt to your own contracts.

Dashboards

The forecast and expiry views, as plain projections over the ledger. Swap them out for your own reporting stack if you already have one.

Licence and governance

Licensing
Components ship under a permissive licence. The authoritative licence text is the copy in the repository for the version you are running; treat this page as a summary, not as terms.
Rulebook bundles
Published as reference material. They are not legal advice and they do not replace your own reading of a vendor agreement. Check a bundle against your contract before you rely on it.
Contributions
Bundles, collector fixes, and connector work are all welcome. Changes land through review, with a stated effective date for anything that alters enforcement behaviour.
Releases
Predictable version numbering, changelogs that call out enforcement changes explicitly, and signed artefacts for the packaged builds.

Running it yourself

Before you start

Pick one vendor and one team. Import that agreement as a rulebook, deploy collectors to the hosts involved, and let observations accumulate for a couple of weeks before you switch enforcement on. The gap between what you thought you were using and what the ledger records is usually the most valuable output of the first month.
